Lodging

We would love to have everyone join us at El Capitan Canyon Resort for the weekend! Below is a brief description of the lodging that is available at the resort. All wedding weekend activities, including the ceremony and reception, will be taking place on site and will be within a short walk of your residence.  All cabins and tent cabins have a fire pit with grill, and a picnic table. We have reserved a block of cabins and tents until Fevruary 1, 2011.  The lodging has been blocked for both Friday, April 1st and Saturday, April 2nd but we would love you to arrive as early as Wednesday if you can!  If you are able to arrive on Wednesday or Thursday, we have secured further discounted mid-week rates.  We've included some pictures below to give a general sense of what the accommodations are like.  Please click on the map for more information on cabin locations.

Safari Tent or Cabin?
Cabins are better for people who enjoy the comforts of home.  All cabins include the following amenities...
- kitchenette with sink, microwave, and mini-fridge
- bathroom with toilet, shower and basin
- daily maid service for laundering of towels and sheets
Cabins range in luxury from comfortable family Bunk Cabins to luxurious Creekside Kings with soaking tubs and a gas fireplace.

The canvas safari tents feel more like traditional camping, but with comfortable beds and linens! There are no kitchenettes or bathrooms in the tents so you will need to walk a short distance to the nearest bathroom facilities (which are nice; clean with warm water, private showers and lots of mirrors). Daily maid service is included and each tent cabin has electricity, a heater, as well as a firepit with a grill and picnic table outside.

Now which cabin or tent should you choose?
Here are the descriptions and pricing of all the cabins and tents. When you call to reserve your lodging be sure to tell them that you are with the Dutton/Jardine wedding to receive the quoted prices below.
